Job Profile


1.         Handling complete recruitment and selection process, right from crystallizing the requirement specs to closing the requirements

4. Resource requests, deliver within time and cost limitations

5. Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and Buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.

6. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner

7. Scheduling candidates for interview and walk in drive at various locations.

8. Negotiates salaries with candidates

9. Conducting Telephonic Interviews.

10. Short listing and scheduling candidates for the technical interview.

11. Co-ordinating with candidates and technical team to ensure the entire interview process is done effectively.

12. Co - ordination between the candidates and the HR Recruitment team about the selection process, interview and feedback

13. Following up the client from offered to joined & and invoicing.

14. Strive For both Client and Candidate Satisfaction

15. Preparation of various MIS reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.
