? Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L3-Server Level of support for eMail infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013 for a user base of multi-thousands, spread across multiple sites and timezones.
? Troubleshoot and administer the Exchange Active Sync (EAS) environment for multi-thousand devices that are managed through AirWatch, Mobile Iron, Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), Good Mobile.
? Responsible for Incident Management i.e. troubleshooting and leading critical or urgent issues on eMail and mobility infrastructure, and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLA?s with customer.

? Support Knowledge Management initiative and assist Problem Manager with creation of SOPs/ KBs for Known Error database.
? Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up skilling as and when demands
? Any graduate with 4.5 - 10 years of relevant experience on exchange.
? Candidate should have a solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 ? administration, management and troubleshooting, for multi-thousand user base spread globally.
? Candidate should be well aware and experienced in Exchange 2007/2010/2013 concepts and features such as High Availability DAG, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, Auto-discover, Backups, Transport & Routing, etc.
? Exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access.
? Perform technical administrative tasks on a daily basis to ensure the stability and availability of Exchange servers, troubleshooting server, mail routing and replication related issues.
? Responsible to implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Exchange server security through secure access & monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.
? Manage Exchange database(s), antivirus applications, messaging filtering, and error log tracking.
? Experience in supporting Exchange Active Sync (EAS) infrastructure through MDM products such as Air Watch, Mobile Iron, Blackberry, Good Mobile. To ensure successful mail & calendar sync on device.
? Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 R2.
? Proven experience with Operations and Process control knowledge, such as ITIL and Six Sigma concepts.
? Experience in maintaining systems in a virtual environment.
? Working knowledge of HP Hardware/Software including Data Protector Backup, DL series standalone servers & HP Blade technology.
? Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in an environment of rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment.
